Users who manage to perform safe uses for the complete 2 years without using any replacements, DJI rewards then with an additional 1-year warranty extension

Once purchased, DJI Care Refresh 2 year plan for the Mini 3 Pro offers up to three replacement units in a 2 year period from activation date. There is a cost for the replacement units, but this cost is significantly less than the cost of a new DJI product. A replacement product is always given, rather than a repair.

The cost for the replacement product is as follows:
– First replacement: £62
– Second replacement: £69
– Third replacement: £75
– Flyaway replacement: £219

DJI Care Refresh is simpler and cheaper than an equivalent repair service. If an accident does occur, simply visit the DJI Repair Service Centre. Arrangements are made for the damaged product to be returned to DJI and the replacement unit sent with free shipping.

Once DJI Care Refresh is purchased, an activation code will be emailed to you within 24 hours.

DJI Care Refresh should be activated within 48 hours of first activating your product. If outside 48 hours please contact DJI directly.

Flyaway coverage
DJI Care Refresh Flyaway Coverage covers situations where aircraft goes missing during flights, allowing you to enjot worry free flights. You need to bind you DJI account and device with the aircraft in advance through the app to use this service.
